Answers to common questions about selling with artt.pro.

Getting started

How do I get started?
artt.pro is invite-only right now. Request early access, and once you're approved we'll set up your account and send a welcome email so you can upload your artwork and start designing.
What can I make and sell?
Premium framed wall art — gallery-quality prints finished with Italian moulding and museum-grade glazing, plus other art-focused formats. You design each product, its sizes and frame options in the in-app configurator, which shows a live preview and price as you go.
How do I sell my products?
Connect your own store (Shopify to start) and list the products you design. When a customer buys, artt.pro produces and ships the piece for you.
What files do you need, and at what resolution?
Upload JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, HEIC, or AVIF files. For a sharp print your file needs to reach about 120 DPI at your chosen size (100 DPI is the absolute floor for the smallest size). The configurator shows a live resolution warning as you pick a size, so you'll never accidentally sell a low-res print.

Materials & craft

What's the difference between museum glass and acrylic glazing?
Acrylic glazing is light and shatter-resistant — a good standard choice, especially for large pieces. Museum glass is conservation-grade art glass: under 1% reflectance so it all but disappears, and up to 99% UV protection against fading. Museum glass is part of the premium catalog on the Paid tier.
What moulding are the frames made from?
Solid-wood Italian moulding — oak, ash, and walnut profiles — cut, joined, and finished by hand in our Riga workshop. No MDF, no foil wraps.
Are the prints archival?
Yes. We print giclée with pigment inks on acid-free fine-art papers (200–310 gsm), and mats are acid-free museum board, so the piece won't yellow or fade in normal indoor display.
Can I offer custom frame sizes?
On the Paid tier, yes — you set any dimensions within production limits in the configurator, alongside the standard size range.

Production & delivery

Where are my orders made?
In our own workshop in Riga, Latvia. Printing, framing, glazing, and packing all happen under one roof in the EU — nothing is drop-shipped from outside the single market.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders leave the workshop within 3–5 business days of being placed, and you get tracking by email as soon as a parcel ships. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
We remake and reship it free — no cost to you or your customer. Send us a photo of the damage and we handle the rest.

Pricing & fulfilment

How does pricing work?
No per-order markup — you pay the production price for each item. artt.pro's revenue is a subscription: a free tier to get started, and a paid tier that unlocks premium materials, custom sizes, and your own branding.
Where do you ship?
We print, frame, and ship across the EU.
Can I add my own branding?
Yes — on the paid tier you can add your own branding to the packaging: a packing slip with your name, a logo insert, and a box sticker.
Who is the seller and merchant of record?
artt.pro is the seller and VAT issuer of record, invoicing from a Latvia-registered company. You get one consolidated, VAT-compliant invoice a month covering everything you ordered.
I'm a VAT-registered business in another EU country — how does VAT work?
Add your valid VAT number and the reverse-charge mechanism applies, so you're not charged Latvian VAT. Otherwise VAT is applied according to your location and status.
When is my cost locked in?
The moment an order is placed. We capture the price and specification at placement, so a later change to our prices or materials never affects an order already on its way — the cost you saw is the cost you pay.
How do I contact support?
